We provide junk removal, hauling, cleanouts, and related disposal services. Services are scheduled by appointment and are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to refuse removal of hazardous, illegal, or restricted materials, including but not limited to:

  • Chemicals, paints, oils, asbestos

  • Biohazard materials

  • Explosives, firearms, or ammunition

3. Estimates & Pricing

  • Estimates may be provided based on photos, descriptions, or on-site inspections.

  • Final pricing may vary depending on the actual volume, weight, or difficulty of removal.

  • All quotes are subject to change upon inspection at the time of service.

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Payment Terms

  • We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods.

  • Non-payment may result in additional fees, legal collection actions, or refusal of future services.

  • Deposits may be required for large-scale or commercial jobs.

5. Customer Responsibilities

By booking a service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information regarding the items for removal.

  • Ensure safe and legal access to the property or premises.

  • Obtain any necessary permissions for removal (e.g., from landlords, HOAs, or property managers).

  • Remove personal belongings from items before pick-up.

6. Liability & Damages

  • We take reasonable care when performing removals. However, we are not liable for incidental damage to property, driveways, landscaping, or items not directly handled by our team.

  • We are not responsible for lost, forgotten, or misplaced items once they are removed.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring no valuable or personal items are included in junk for removal.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, vehicle issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Disposal & Recycling

  • We strive to donate and recycle items whenever possible.

  • Items not suitable for donation or recycling will be disposed of in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clifford’s Junk Removal shall not be held liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Loss of data, personal property, or profits.

  • Delays or inability to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Placer County, California.
